About the Course
Novelty Reindeer Cake
A FUN Christmas cake decorating workshop suitable for beginners / improvers
In this workshop you will learn step-by-step how to:
Fill and cover a sponge cake to get a smooth finish with chocolate ganache.
Make a simple NOVELTY Christmas themed cake & create simple decorations and details (inc. some non-edible decorations)
Fully inclusive - 2.5-3 hours tuition and EVERYTHING you need to enable you to take away a beautifully decorated Christmas themed novelty cake. NB: these will be sponge cakes!

The emphasis is on having FUN as well as learning some new skills with this introduction to making a simple novelty style Christmas themed cake.
In this workshop you will learn how to create a simple themed cake. Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts, our hands-on workshop will guide you through every step, from layering and filling and coating your cake buttercream, ganache or frosting to adding those finishing decorative touches that will make your creation truly special.
NB: This isn't a baking class. Your cake will be provided, so you can fully concentrate on the fun elements of cake decorating and design.
All materials and equipment provided! No prior experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm, creativity and an apron.

Class sizes are kept small (min.3 - max. 6) to ensure you get the most out of your learning. NB: We reserve the right to cancel if the minimum number of places aren't filled.

Prices are INCLUSIVE and cover the use of all equipment, cakes, icing and ingredients needed to create and decorate your cake to take home at the end of the class.
